Am I really writing a journal for my old DA account? Yes, I really do. Let's go back to my 20s, it feels like another world for me at the moment. I'm now 33 years old, Mum of two kids. I cleaned my account a little, deleted all old photos (instagram is better for this; visit my account there: marion_leidig). I left my pixelart and bases, eventhough I'm not sure if there's still anyone of the old dollers here? Have you heard of "diamond paintings" yet? This is what we've used to do 10 years ago with MS Paint. Kinda interesting to see this new trend as a former pixel artist. Maybe it's worth a try to upload old artworks and see what happens? Or even create a new piece of art? Not sure. Years ago I bought a camera and tried to draw high resolution art instead of pixelart, because pixelart is too small to print, to "special" to use it somewhere. And it's a pity to spend many hours to create something, which you only store on your hard disk. But does art need to be used somewhere? Or

Hello guys! For those who are still watching me: I'm still alive. But I didn't have any time to pixel. That's because I have a very time-consuming hobby (which has turned into a min-job already): Wedding Photohgraphy. And I have a 1-year-old son now ;) He's very active and walking/running through the house all time! That's very much fun but also quite exhausting. Next year I want to do less photography jobs and try to care of myself more. And hopefully do more art (maybe pixel ;)) to relax and find my creativity again. I'm not dead - but my site is now. We had problems with Spam on my server, so we decided to take it down. Not sure when it will come back, my husband is already working to get it back again. Though I can't tell you when I have time to doll again and update my site... I miss a lot to hold contests (and enter them), but it seems the dolling community is a lot smaller than it used to be. Or is anything new (forum/group) which I missed the last few months? Greetings Marion
