That's okay. It's a fruit that can allow a griffian to take on any form chosen. This includes other griffolk species:

Because the species are dying and I'm collecting as many as possible to take into my arms! I am planning a new community for these gals (Without breaking any closed species rules) and just wanted to ask if I'm able to offer art or characters for this lovely owgel!

Ok then here's the info to the community project I am working on!

I'm creating a discord community for the Owgels since they were suddenly abandoned. (Knowing that it will be a NON-profiting community)

We will be posting art events and casual activities on the server and owgel owners are free to communicate with each other! We will not be creating Owgels knowing we do not have permission to (though we are trying to get in contact with one of the mods and ask if they'll give us permission to do so!)

We will also be creating a "sub species" for the Owgels so people do not get bored just having to own and draw the same 300 owgels all the time! Therefore I just wanted to spread this word since it will be a very hard project to work on and we're finding our own mods and artists to help with this project!

Just wanted to know if you'd like to be pinged when the group is officially open?

oh sure!! Sounds cool, I often get overwhelmed with discords if they get too busy but I'm always happy to at least join :)
