How to use a base with small out line:

In paint, there are 2 square's for colors

Select the BASE outline color with the LEFT click!
Select YOUR outline color with the RIGHT click
Press the RIGHT button, keep pressing, go using it in all the outline...
DONE!!
( Sometimes it doesn't works in SAVED IMAGES, you need to copy it, and put in another "window")
