just as the title says, you can check out some cool DA alternatives here! I'm only currently on one of them (furaffinity) but I'll be taking a look at sheezyart. as for newgrounds, I've been around there before. the site itself is fine, but I'm not a big fan of the culture there, so I'll probably pass unless there's a large enough pull. anyway, it's really thoughtfully worded, and brings up points I didn't in my original posts on the subject, so please give it a read!

yeah, I've thought on it, and for now, I think I'll be closing up shop on this website. I'll leave everything up while I go through the process of tracking everyone I care about here down on other sites, and then--probably about a week from now--I'll put all my deviations in storage and stop uploading new art here if you miss the window, sorry! I didn't upload anything unique here though, so you'll still be able to find any of the art you liked on other websites. still, if you do see this, maybe take the time to save some of them to your computer, in case every website drives me away some day as for my account, I don't plan on deleting it altogether. maybe some day the staff of this website will see reason and stop ruining it for everyone who was here already, or at the very least sell to someone who knows how to run it better, and I'd rather be able to return to my account in that circumstance instead of starting yet another new one. plus I'd like to keep it just for browsing, since
