Update Aug 2014:
I'm not sure how much this image is floating around these days but I've googled it and found many gun enthusiast websites talking about this picture. Of course it is 100% fake, and note that the design was purely aesthetic without regards to any technical functionality, fictional or not. i.e. I had no idea what I was doing besides trying to make something LOOK kind of similar to what a Glock revolver might look like, which is why it's chambered in .45 ACP and has sideways picatinny rails. Hope this clears any misconceptions up.
I am also not affiliated with Glock in any way and made this purely as a parody.

The one thing that gives it away instantly is the wrong perspective on the Picatinny rail below the barrel.
The gun itself is photographed straight from the side, yet the rail is seen from below.
From an aesthetic point of view I'd have to say I find this a very pretty revolver. Doubly funny as I always found the Glock pistols to be on the ugly side of the scale with their blocky Minecraft-geometry.
